Your privacy is incredibly important to me. This policy is to show you that I'm committed to protecting your data and to explain, in plain English, what information I collect and why.

I will never, ever sell your data. I only use it for the following simple reasons:

  • To reply to you: When you contact me, I use your name and email to send a reply. My legal reason for this is "legitimate interests" – in other words, I can't reply to you if I don't use your details!

  • To improve my website: I look at the anonymous analytics to see how my site is performing, which helps me make it better.

  • If we work together: If you become a client, I will use your details to send you our proposal, contract, and invoices.

My website is built on Wix, which is a secure, world-class platform with its own security measures (like SSL) to protect your information as it's sent.

 

Any data I have (like your emails) is stored securely on my password-protected computer and email account. I am the only person who has access to it.

I don't share your personal data with anyone, except for the essential third-party service providers who help my business run. These are:

  • Wix: My website platform. They host the site and process the data from the contact form on my behalf.

  • My Analytics Provider (e.g., Google Analytics or Wix Analytics): They process the anonymous data for me so I can see my website stats.

  • Enquiries: If you get in touch but don't become a client, I'll delete your enquiry after about one year.

  • Clients: If we work together, I am legally required by UK law to keep project and invoice details for at least 6 years for tax purposes.

I only keep your data for as long as I need it.

  • Show you what personal data I hold for you.

  • Correct any information that is wrong.

  • Delete your personal data from my records.
